The system, developed under an $875 million, 12-year contract with Air Space Intelligence, uses predictive analytics to manage flight departures. The agency is also managing long-term traffic reductions, such as a requirement for airlines at Chicago O'Hare to cut 300 daily flights through October 2027 to mitigate congestion.
