The Gender Delusion Disqualification Act prohibits individuals diagnosed with gender dysphoria from holding federal executive agency positions that require specific mental health standards. The legislation also bars these individuals from obtaining or renewing federal credentials, such as pilot licenses, that are conditioned on meeting mental health criteria. Within 180 days of enactment, executive agencies must issue regulations to enforce these disqualifications for covered roles and certifications.
